Ticket sales for your Side Door show are processed through the Side Door platform. Side Door offers transparent settlement sheets that Hosts and Artists can view at any time leading up to, during, and after the show (more info here).
Following the show, a direct deposit is paid out through Stripe Connect. You must register for Stripe Connect direct deposit through your Side Door user account. To find out how to set up direct deposit and/or edit your billing information, go here.
