If a show must be cancelled, Side Door must be notified at the same time or before communication with other users. The public will be informed once all parties confirm the cancellation.
No payments will be issued and any tickets purchased will be automatically refunded.
Ideally cancelling is the last resort after other options are explored (such as further promotional efforts or rescheduling the show), and ideally decisions are made in agreement between all parties. Please consider contacting Side Door for any show support.
