Side Door’s Stripe Connect integration operates on a 7-day rolling payout schedule that begins the midnight following the show and continues until the show is completely paid out. If advance tickets for a show were purchased within 7 days of the show date, those funds will not be available for payout until 7 days after the date of ticket purchase - which may fall after the show’s completion. Any tickets purchased the day of the show, including door tickets bought back through our system by the venue or performer, will be paid out 7 days after the show. If there are outstanding door tickets bought back after the show date, payout will also be at least 7 days after the show date.

To check a particular show’s payment status, navigate to the ‘Review’ section of the show thread that you would like to check.



Scroll to the very bottom of the page to find a section titled ‘Your Payout Details’ - this will display the estimated payout(s) for your show including amount, date, and status. 



If there is an error in payout, click on ‘Fix Problem’ to navigate to your Billing & Payments page to fix the indicated error.
