Side Door Support

Visit the login link below to sign in to your Side Door Account. If you have yet to do this, please go back and create an Account and then return to create your Artist Profile.

Side Door Login

Once you are signed in to your Account, click on the Menu (the three horizontal bars in the top left hand corner), select My Artists.

A card with your Artist/Band/Project/Act will appear with accompanying image, and ‘View Artist’. Click on that! A new page will appear with a bigger version of your Artist Profile. Please note - ‘My Artists’ is also where you would come back to if you wanted to create new additional Artists!

In your Artist Profile, if you’d like to edit your Profile at all before searching for Venues, click on the pencil icon to adjust any details in your Profile.

When you’re ready to search for a host match, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner above your Artist Profile.

On the search page, type in the name of the city, town, or community you are looking to book a show in.

Venue profiles will display on the search page according to your search criteria - these are hosts that match your preferences, and may be good candidates to host you! To see more about that Venue, click the ‘View’ button at the bottom of their profile card.

When you’ve decided how you feel about a Venue, click the appropriate thumbs up or thumbs down button to approve or dismiss the Venue, respectively. If there are more Venue profiles to display, the previous profile will disappear after a thumb action has been performed.

After a Venue profile has been thumbed up, if that Venue profile does the same to your Artist Profile, you will receive an email from Side Door confirming the match and prompting the next steps for a show offer!

If you’d like to adjust your search criteria to expand/limit your results, the search radius to the right hand of the search bar adjusts the geographic proximity on your initial location entry. And of course, you can also enter a new location to search as well!
