Please do not take cash for ticket sales from the Host. The cash must be used to buy back tickets through the Side Door platform. The Host has been instructed to keep the cash and use the buy back option on our settlement sheet, so cash tickets sold can be reflected in the settlement. This must be done as soon as the show is complete (or while people are buying tickets at the door) in order for payouts to be correct and issued in a timely manner.
The Host and/or person at the door may have sold merch for you, so make sure you don’t leave without that cash.
