Hosts that sign up with Side Door will be required to complete a Venue profile page and be asked to respond to a private questionnaire. Side Door staff review both the profile and survey to vet the submissions and preempt any questions or issues that may arise. Hosts are invited to contact Side Door staff, either through the support contact or a phone call if necessary, during the intake process. In addition, audience members are invited to submit reviews post-show that may include helpful feedback for Hosts and/or incident reports for Side Door. Currently, audience reviews are not public.
