Navigate to the Side Door Shows page to view available tickets.


Click on ‘View Show Details’ or on the card of the show you are interested in purchasing tickets for. You will be brought to the show details page.



The show details page displays information about the show and its tickets. The ‘Buy Tickets’ purchase widget can be found on the right hand side of the screen on desktop, and on mobile can be accessed by tapping on the blue ticket button at the bottom of the screen. If tickets are not yet available for purchase, the scheduled sale date may be shown. 



The ‘Buy Tickets’ purchase widget allows for the selection of purchase quantity, displays prices and taxes, and includes an additional option to expand ticket price breakdown. When ready, clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button directs to the payment information stage of purchase.


The next page of the ‘Buy Tickets’ purchase widget displays the amount of tickets selected, and includes fields to enter the purchaser’s full name, email address, and credit card information. Once filled in, the ‘Buy Now’ button can be clicked once more to proceed to the confirmation page. Please note - selected tickets are held for 10 minutes, after which the payment page expires and a new set of tickets must be reserved.



Upon purchase, a confirmation page appears displaying the order number confirmation, options to add calendar events to your calendar app, and a purchase confirmation message. An additional email is also sent to the ticket buyer to confirm the ticket purchase, share additional show details (such as the show address), and provide receipt of purchase.
