If you’ve already created a Side Door User Account, sign in and click on your icon at the top right hand of the screen to open the menu, select ‘New Performer’, and follow the Artist Profile creation steps below to create a new Artist Profile. (If you’ve never signed in to Side Door before, please go here first to get started).
Start filling in the details!
Artist/Band/Project/Act Name (the name/title you perform under)
Type of Performance - Music, Film, Comedy, Talk/Lecture, Theatre, Dance (select from a drop down menu)
The genre that you would categorize your Artist/Band/Project/Act under - this is very important as it dictates which Hosts you will be matched with
Brief biography/description of the Artist/Band/Project/Act - should be short and sweet, detailing your work and giving Hosts a sense of what kind of Artist you are
Upload any promotional image(s) of the Artist/Band/Project/Act - ideally high-resolution jpg or png. This is what we’ll use to create show graphics!
The size and type of spaces that you’re interested in performing in
Link to your website (if you have one)
Link to a streaming platform with your work if applicable (Youtube, Spotify, Soundcloud, Bandcamp)
Link to live performance video if applicable (i.e. NOT an official music video)
Link to your preferred socials - only one for now
Link to a performance review (if you have one)
Additional preference info which helps our matching algorithm determine which Hosts may be good matches for you. Details include whether you need a PA to amplify your sound, if you have allergies we need to know about, if you’re OK with local openers, etc. Hover your cursor over the ‘i’ for extra tips.
